Why the bat, you ask. This hoodie is the intersection of Fine Art and Science. The Indiana Bat inhabits the majority of the Eastern and Central United States. It has been on the endangered list since 1967 for interference with its cave habitat and more recently the White Nose Syndrome infection. I focus on endangered animals, both exotic and common, to call attention to their decreasing numbers.
